Changelog
What shipped, and when.
Dated, production-only, and limited to changes you could notice. Internal infrastructure work is left out because you cannot see it and it would pad the list.
Invoice inbox
Supplier invoices arrive in one place instead of a folder. Photos and PDFs can be sent in from the field over Telegram and staged as costs, with duplicate detection running at the moment of entry.
Booking entry over Telegram
A guided booking flow with full field parity to the web form, so a reservation taken on the phone at a villa does not wait until someone is back at a desk.
Cost import and statement reconciliation
Bulk import of card-provider cost statements, and CSV reconciliation of OTA-sourced bookings against what the system expected. This is import and matching — not a channel manager, and not calendar sync.
Booking-form intake, bank accounts, white-label theming
A public booking form that lands directly as a reservation; bank account management for reconciliation; and the theming layer that lets a villa company run Villabase under its own brand from one token file.
One reservation reference, everywhere
Reservations carry a single human-readable reference across the operations core and the agent portal, so a booking discussed by an agent and a booking in your P&L are unambiguously the same booking.
This log starts in July 2026, when Villabase's deployment record became reliable enough to publish. Work before that shipped without a public entry, and backfilling it now from memory would be exactly the kind of tidy-looking history this page exists to avoid.
