Pricing
Per villa, per month. No commission.
The shape of the bill is on this page. The number is on a call — and below, plainly, is why.
Book a callWhat you pay for
The model
- Per villa, per month. A villa is one property you manage or sublet, whether or not it booked that month.
- Unlimited users. Your cleaner, your accountant and your co-founder all cost the same: nothing.
What each one includes
- Flow — the base. Reservations and booking-form intake, payment doses, bank reconciliation, invoice inbox with duplicate detection, Telegram capture, per-villa P&L, owner statements, the validation screen, and white-label theming.
- Connect — add-on. The agent portal: villa library, availability search with your confirmation gate, commission shown at quote time, invoicing details and confirmation PDFs, a message thread per reservation.
- Stay — add-on. The guest layer: guest profiles and group bookings, concierge requests that confirm by email, day-by-day itineraries and recommendation guides, and the magic-link guest portal in final rollout.
What is never charged
- No commission on your bookings. Ever. Your revenue is not our billing input.
- No per-booking fee.
- No payment-processing cut — Villabase does not touch your money.
- No charge for extra users. Your cleaner is not a licence.
Those four zeroes are the point. Percentage fees on payments and bookings are common in this category, and they are routinely discovered after signing rather than before — we are not going to quote someone else's numbers at you, so check your current provider's contract yourself. On ours: if a fee is not on this page, it does not exist.
Why the number is on a call
Not to trap you in a sales process. Villabase is early: every deal so far has been shaped around what an operator actually runs, and quoting a list price would mean either padding it for cases we have not met or under-quoting and re-pricing you later. Both are worse than a fifteen-minute call.
What you get on that call is a number, not a discovery questionnaire. If it does not work, that is a fine outcome and it costs you a quarter of an hour.
How Villabase makes money
Subscriptions. That is the whole list.
- Software subscription, per villa per month — the only revenue line.
- Setup, where a migration genuinely needs building — quoted once, in advance, never a surprise.
- Not a share of your bookings, interchange, FX, interest on balances, or referral fees from anyone we integrate with.
A company that earns a percentage of your revenue has a reason to want your revenue routed through it. Villabase does not, which is why the incentive to keep your data portable stays intact — Excel and CSV export are first-class, and leaving is your right.
