A short list you can trust.
Every competitor in this category advertises a marketplace with hundreds of partners. Most of those tiles are a logo and a help article. Here is what actually connects, and what does not.
Connected today
- Email. Guest-facing and transactional mail, sent from your own domain rather than ours.
- Telegram. Cost and invoice capture from the field — photograph a supplier invoice at a villa and it lands in the invoice inbox. Also the booking-entry channel for reservations taken away from a desk.
- Bank statements. Imported and matched against the payments each reservation was expecting.
- Card-provider cost statements. Bulk import into costs.
- Excel and CSV. Import and export, both directions, as a first-class path rather than an escape hatch.
In active build
- OTA calendar sync in active build — Airbnb and Booking calendars are handled outside Villabase until this ships. It is not in the product today and this page will say so until it is.
Deliberately not connected
- Card processing. Villabase is the ledger; your money moves in your bank. This keeps us out of your payment flow and off a percentage of your revenue.
- myDATA and e-invoicing regimes. Not built, in any jurisdiction.
- WhatsApp Business API. Email and Telegram are the wired channels.
